Disappointed on taste of chips not to my liking to greasy when opened the chips wrapped advertising on social networking websites don’t mean you have the quality in foods you sell unfortunately I wouldn’t be using the service above any time soon no doesn’t take me back to school days and child hood days I can assure that I have had much better taste in chips than hot spots different size chips small hard bigger potatoes no good

Was missing 2 pc chicken I try calling the shop but no one pick up one of the chicken was pink still in it what was in the hot box’s

I was charged for TWO small fish and chips with curry sauce. I only received ONE fish and chips and the other was fish WITHOUT chips. The food was excellent, so was the delivery. I didn't ask for a refund or anything because it was 8:30 p.m and getting too late to try and correct the order. I would order again because the food otherwise was great. Thank you.
